Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to purchase a travel package and attend the event?

In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizer will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. Government mandates, venue protocols, and event requirements are subject to change. For more information, please visit the Pilgrimage Festival website.

How do I place my order?

All Pilgrimage Travel Packages are on-sale now and must be purchased online. After you click “purchase” next to your desired package, you will be directed to our ticketing partner to make and finalize your order.

Do the Pilgrimage Festival Travel Packages have an age restriction?

Yes, Pilgrimage Festival Travel Packages have an age restriction of 21+ to check in at the hotel. Those under 21 can still occupy a room and attend the show, however the primary booker of the reservation must be 21+ for hotel check-in. Valid photo identification is required.

Do the travel packages come with festival tickets for both days?

They sure do! All Travel Packages include tickets to the festival for both September 23rd and 24th.

How do I know what my festival credentials will be if I purchase a Travel Package?

When purchasing your package, your specific credential will be displayed for you during the purchase process. We are offering VIP and GA Travel Packages for Pilgrimage Festival.

How and where will I receive my tickets for Pilgrimage Festival?

You will receive your wristbands for the festival weekend upon your check in at the hotel!  Our team will be there waiting for your arrival and to make sure you are all set with your passes to enter the event!

Is the price listed on the website the total price or the price per person?

The price listed on our website is the price for two (2) guests, not including taxes and fees

Is there a payment plan for these packages?

Yes! There is a payment plan for these travel packages.

For Nashville Travel Packages, an initial 60% will be charged upon purchasing your package and a final 40% payment will be automatically deducted on 4/7/23. If you purchase after 4/7/23, you will be charged the full payment at the time of your purchase.
For Franklin Travel Packages, an initial 60% will be charged upon purchasing your package and a final 40% payment will be automatically deducted on 4/21/23. If you purchase after 4/21/23, you will be charged the full payment at the time of your purchase.
This is an automatic payment plan, meaning you’re on the plan simply by clicking “purchase!”

How will I receive my merchandise?

All merchandise must be picked up on-site at your hotel. We will make this easy for you at hotel check-in, with further instructions provided closer to the event. Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the event.

What time is check-in and check-out at each hotel?

There is no guarantee that you will be able to check-in earlier than the hotels standard check-in time. If you need to arrive at the hotel early, we will work with each hotel to make sure that your bags can be stored and easily accessible until your check-in time.

  • Hyatt Centric Downtown Nashville: Check In: 4 PM; Check Out: 11 AM
  • Hilton Nashville Downtown: 4 PM; Check Out: 12 PM
  • Franklin Marriott Cool Springs: Check In: 4PM; Check Out: 12PM

How far is each hotel from the venue?

We chose these hotels not just because they are comfortable and provide a high-quality guest experience, but also because of their close proximity to the venue:

  • Hyatt Centric Downtown Nashville: 19.4 Miles | 25 Minutes
  • Hilton Nashville Downtown: 19.4 Miles | 25 Minutes
  • Franklin Marriott Cool Springs: 4 Miles | 11 Minutes

What parking is available at each hotel?

  • Hyatt Centric Downtown Nashville: Overnight Valet Parking: $50
  • Hilton Nashville Downtown:  Please note that there is a $40 daily or event parking fee, and a $50 overnight parking fee for self-parking in the underground garage. Self-parking does not have in-and-out privileges. Valet parking is $50 overnight and has in-and-out privileges. 
  • Franklin Marriott Cool Springs: Complimentary on-site parking available.

Can I book additional nights at the hotel with my package? If so, how can I do this?

If you would like to stay longer than your travel package dates, you will need to book your additional nights as a separate reservation through the hotel directly. Please make sure you select the same room type purchased with your travel package. Once you have booked additional nights, you can contact 100xhospitality Guest Services to request to connect the reservations. We will do our best to work with the hotel to accommodate!

How do I utilize the roundtrip transportation included in the travel package?

More information regarding roundtrip transportation including details about pick-up times and locations will be provided via email closer to the festival dates.

I purchased a package as a gift and will not be in attendance. How can the gift recipient redeem the package on my behalf?

  • Your order will be available for pick up at the hotel with a photo ID and email confirmation.  If you are wishing to gift your package to someone else you will need to reach out to us using the email address you had used to purchase your Travel Package in order to update the will call name.  Please contact 100xhospitality Guest Services and notify us of the new ticket holder’s name, email address and phone number in order for our team to update their reservation.
  • Once you have notified us, the new package holder will be able to pick up their event passes, check into their hotel room and pick up their event merchandise at the hotel associated with their travel package!

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased Travel Package?

All 100X Travel Packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details. That being said, we are just a bunch of people trying to make your experience better so if you email us, and we have a waiting list, we could take the package back. We cannot refund the ticketing fees if we do in fact issue a refund on the package price.
